1. Not legal advice
Priodate is an informational product. It does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not replace advice from a licensed immigration attorney.
2. No government affiliation
Priodate is an independent product. We are not affiliated with USCIS, the Department of State, NVC, or any other government agency.
3. Prediction limits
Forecasts are based on historical bulletin movement, inventory data, and product assumptions. They can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your specific case. Do not make irreversible legal, financial, or employment decisions based solely on Priodate outputs.
4. Editorial and marketplace limits
Daily notes, guides, and attorney marketplace information are editorial or discovery features. They do not guarantee outcomes, legal fit, or attorney quality.
5. Data and deletion
Priodate stores account and case-linked product data so the app can personalize forecasts, notifications, and workflow state. It does not ask you to store government IDs, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, or A-numbers in the product.
Account deletion removes direct account data. Some historical analytics or prediction-request records may remain only in anonymized form if they no longer retain a user link.
