Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly when using Priodate, including:

• Account information: name, email address, and account credentials.
• Immigration case details: priority date, category, country of chargeability, and related forecast inputs you choose to enter.
• Usage data: product events, feature usage, and interaction patterns needed to improve the service.
• Device information: operating system, app version, and limited identifiers needed for product stability.

We do not ask you to store government IDs, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, or A-numbers in Priodate.

• Provide and improve forecasts, bulletin tracking, guides, and notifications.
• Personalize Priodate around your queue and filing context.
• Measure product reliability, launch health, and feature usage.
• Respond to support requests and product questions.
• Maintain security, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Priodate stores application data using Supabase and associated cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security, and authenticated access controls where appropriate.

No storage system is perfect. We work to reduce risk, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Infrastructure: Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for website hosting, and cloud compute for ML serving.
• Error tracking: Sentry for production diagnostics and stability monitoring.
• Payments: Apple and RevenueCat once monetization is active.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share immigration case details with third parties without a product reason or your consent.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data.

Priodate also supports in-app account deletion. Deleting your account removes direct account data such as your profile, dependents, notification settings, and linked device tokens.

Some historical analytics and prediction-request records may remain only in anonymized form if they no longer retain a user link.
