Priodate is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Predictions, bulletin summaries, guides, calculators, and editorial notes are informational product features. They do not create an attorney-client relationship and should not replace advice from a licensed immigration attorney.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Priodate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

  • Visa bulletin tracking and history.
  • Forecasts based on historical queue and policy-aware data inputs.
  • Immigration guides and editorial briefing content.
  • Attorney discovery and consultation routing features.

3. No legal advice

Priodate’s outputs are estimates and editorial tools only. Government agencies and licensed attorneys remain the authoritative sources for legal advice, case strategy, and filing decisions.

4. User obligations

  • Provide accurate information when using the service.
  • Maintain account security.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use Priodate for unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual property

Priodate and its original software, content, brand, and service features are protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the data you input, subject to the limited rights needed to operate and improve the product.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans, if activated, renew according to the billing terms shown at purchase. Platform payment rules, refund policies, and subscription management are governed by Apple or Google where applicable.

7. Limitation of liability

Priodate is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product or reliance on its outputs.
