By accessing or using Priodate ("the Service"), including our mobile application and public website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Priodate provides the following services:

• Visa Bulletin Tracking: Automated tracking and display of the latest Department of State Visa Bulletin data, including priority date movements and historical trends.
• AI-Powered Predictions: Machine learning-based predictions of estimated wait times and priority date movements based on historical data analysis.
• Immigration Guides: Educational content and step-by-step guides for common immigration forms and processes.
• Attorney Marketplace: A platform connecting users with immigration attorneys. Priodate does not employ these attorneys and is not responsible for the legal services they provide.
• News and Content: Daily immigration news, policy updates, and data analysis.

By using Priodate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and using our services.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Comply with all applicable immigration laws and regulations in your interactions with government agencies.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Priodate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, logos, and service marks ("Marks") may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your anonymized and aggregated data to improve our machine learning models and prediction accuracy. Individual case data is never shared publicly or with other users.

Priodate offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days prior notice.

Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are subject to the respective platform's terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Priodate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
• Costs of procurement of substitute services.
• Any damages arising from reliance on AI predictions or any information provided through the Service.
• Any damages resulting from immigration decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
• You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting us.
• We may delete your account data after 90 days of termination unless legally required to retain it.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or contacting our support team.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
• Sending a notification through the app or via email to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
